AD Ports Group Finalizes Comprehensive Overhaul Post-Noatum Acquisition

AD Ports Group has completed a significant corporate restructuring, integrating the assets of Spain-based Noatum Group into its operations. This strategic move enhances AD Ports Group's global presence, expanding its reach to over 50 countries and increasing its terminal count to 33.

The restructuring incorporates Noatum's corporate headquarters in Spain into AD Ports Group's existing and newly established business verticals. Noatum's Maritime division has been fully integrated into SAFEEN Group, which has been rebranded as Noatum Maritime. Additionally, Noatum Terminals has been reconstituted as Noatum Ports, a new segment responsible for managing AD Ports Group's current and future international port operations. This integration is designed to leverage Noatum's international brand equity and solidify AD Ports Group's corporate structure while pursuing its international expansion strategy.

The integration of Noatum's assets is expected to yield operating efficiencies and synergies that will support AD Ports Group's international growth strategy. The group now operates 33 terminals and has activities in more than 50 countries, positioning it for its next stage of growth.

Captain Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of AD Ports Group, remarked that the addition of Noatum's international brand equity, global networks, customer relationships, and assets has not only strengthened and broadened the economic horizons of the group but has also positioned AD Ports Group for its next stage of growth.
